undergoing a SOC2 examination for the design and operating effectiveness

The audit was conducted by the multinational professional services firm
KPMG in accordance with trust criteria set by the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The SOC2 report intends to give
third-parties detailed information about a business’s controls for the
security, availability, and integrity of systems used to process user
data and to assure third-parties of its quality and confidentiality.
